How I Work—a Brief Explanation

Phone Discussion This is to determine what help you need in general, for example is it a change of style? A pre-renovation or new build strategy? Or would you like help finding cost-effective ways to present your home better if going on the market? 

 

Home Visit  I conduct a thorough examination of your home and how you use the existing space. I work with you to uncover your family’s needs, desires and unique style before developing a strategy and creative concept to achieve your ultimate goal.

Written Brief I present you with a written brief that addresses the issues and offers advice, so you end up with guidance on how to achieve a home that suits your lifestyle and needs but with fabulous use of space.

Concept Development Interior design projects require a period of time to develop a unique concept that perfectly matches your brief and budget. During this time, visual and interactive mood boards are created to ensure the concept develops in the right direction. Furniture, furnishings, fixtures and finishes are sourced (or designed) collated and priced ready for presentation and approval.

 

Project Management Once the concept has been approved and the shortlisted items selected, we can manage the process of procurement and installation, ensuring you have a stress-free and enjoyable experience in watching your home come alive!
